Mental Health Case Manager

We are seeking a Mental Health Case Manager to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services for individual and family settings.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Provide prevention-oriented skills and education
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Case workers will be able to work 38-40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- LPC-A preferred
- Mental Health Graduate students encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Candidates should be able to work afternoon/early evening hours.
- Ability to be a self starter with strong organization skills.
