UTHSCH Registered Dietitian II

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian II to work with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for intermediate to advanced assessment, planning, implementation, and oversight for patients with low to high-complexity nutritional needs. This role works independently, and functions as an experienced registered dietitian and engages in quality improvement measures to enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized nutrition counseling to patients and families Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams Document patient care accurately in compliance with policies and regulations Educate patients and families using tailored nutrition materials Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition services Support training and knowledge-sharing with colleagues Collaborate with community health agencies and promote nutrition services Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nutrition education program Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required (Commission on Dietetic Registration) Licensed Dietitian in the State of Texas (TDLR) Clinical specialty certification required within 6 months of hire Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and frequently lift up to 10 lbs EEO Statement InGenesis is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
