Parts Manager - Land Rover Raleigh

Land Rover Raleigh We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our team and the Holman Family. Responsibilities Manages all aspects of parts department operations. Offers and ensures that the store provides the highest level of customer service. Returns a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory. Develops and maintains proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising. Promotes parts standards for superior customer, employee, and dealership management. Qualifications High School diploma or GED (College degree preferred). 5+ years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5+ years of dealership parts experience in various aspects: shipping/receiving, parts counter sales (wholesale, retail, or shop), assistant manager or similar, and working knowledge of car repair and customer engagement. Experienced in parts principles, concepts, and department operations.
