Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary Range: $75K - $100K Sign on Bonus: Yes Partial Relocation: Yes


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Emergency Room team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment, handling a wide range of acute and critical conditions. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and works effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care based on patient acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and response to treatment
• Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and clinical expertise
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within six (6) months of hire
