Primary Care Physician – Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (Senior Care / Medicare)We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in Florida. This is an opportunity to practice medicine in a value-based care environment where physicians have the time, resources, and support to truly know their patients and improve long-term health outcomes.Compensation Base Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 (based on experience and market) Quality-Based Performance Bonus (not RVU driven) Competitive Sign-On Bonus Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance Options 401(k) with 100% Employer Match up to 3% Four Weeks Paid Time Off Paid Holidays CME Allowance Professional Development Support Malpractice Insurance Provided Medical License & DEA Renewal Reimbursement Full Administrative, Financial & Technology SupportHighlights 100% Outpatient Practice No Hospital Rounding No Nights No Weekends Small Patient Panel Longer Patient Visits Dedicated Pharmacy Team Health Services Team for Care Coordination Regional Physician Coach Clinical Performance Coach Advanced Quality Dashboards & Decision Support ToolsResponsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to senior and Medicare Advantage patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver evidence-based treatment plans Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams Interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing Complete EMR documentation within 48 hours of patient encounters Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants when appropriate Participate in quality initiatives and value-based care programs Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, state, and federal regulationsQualifications Required MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Geriatrics Active Florida Medical License (or willingness to obtain) BLS/ACLS Certification (as required) Preferred Three or more years of outpatient primary care experience Experience treating Medicare Advantage populations Experience with value-based care models Strong management of chronic diseases including: Diabetes Hypertension COPD Congestive Heart Failure Chronic Kidney DiseaseThe ideal physician is someone who: Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients Is passionate about caring for older adults Values quality over volume Believes in preventive medicine and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations Works collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and care coordinators Is comfortable utilizing quality metrics and performance dashboards to improve patient outcomes Has a patient-first, compassionate approach to care
