Independent Contractors: Insurance Property Surveys Davies Risk Services invites independent contractors to conduct insurance property inspections for both residential and commercial sites. The role may be performed full‑time or part‑time. Responsibilities Survey properties, including photographing the site, collecting property details, and assessing overall conditions. Create and submit concise inspection reports through the PC/Desktop portal, attaching photos and any relevant documentation. Ensure timely delivery of reports to support ongoing client needs. Requirements Reliable personal vehicle to reach inspection sites. Computer running Windows 10 or newer with Microsoft Office. Smartphone or digital camera for photo capture. Stable home internet connection for report submission. Basic computer and communication skills. Coverage Area Monongalia County, West Virginia.
