About the Role
As an LPN at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
