Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and freight handling organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting freight handling and dock operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: North Reading, MA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 12:00pm - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Load and unload trailers safely using forklifts or manual pallet jacks
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move, stack, and stage freight efficiently
• Adhere to all safety protocols, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment, and maintain a clean work area
• Process and palletize damaged freight and manage Bill of Lading for daily deliveries

What's Needed?

• Valid forklift operator certification
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety
• Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting and moving freight
• No CDL required, though some roles may specify it
