As a Cloud Sys Admin, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on cloud environments.What You'll Do:Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT servicesProactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platformsBe in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional mannerWhat You'll Need:3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator positionExperience with AWS CloudIAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification)Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardeningBonus Points If You Have:Experience in a customer-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience with cloud infrastructure managementFamiliarity with ITIL or similar frameworksKnowledge of automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)Incident response experienceClearance: Must have an active Top Secret level clearanceThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$100,200 - $203,400 USD
