CRM Marketing Automation Developer

About the Role GoodRx is seeking a CRM Marketing Automation Developer to execute email, push, in‑app and SMS communications to support CRM initiatives. The role involves collaborating with various teams to design, develop and deploy multi‑channel campaigns within the CRM ecosystem, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities Build multi‑channel campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with marketing managers, campaign developers and cross‑functional partners to bring customer experience journeys to life, handling all facets of campaign production including HTML, AmpScript, dynamic templates, journeys, automations, segmentation, and A/B testing. Follow the CRM production schedule to meet campaign launch timelines. Perform quality assurance on every campaign to ensure error‑free execution and optimal user experience. Follow the campaign intake process, gather requirements, design solutions, and tackle challenges collaboratively with stakeholders. Ensure data required for CRM campaigns is available within our platforms. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with campaigns or audience/segmentation. Run campaign experiments designed to impact key metrics. Assist in user training and promote team adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop technical expertise in campaign and CRM tools through daily usage and ongoing training. Stay up‑to‑date with the rapidly changing Salesforce ecosystem. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, computer science, information technology or related discipline preferred. Minimum of 5 years hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. Proven experience launching complex, high‑touch, high‑visibility omni‑channel campaigns on a frequent basis. Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, HTML, AmpScript, and creative design for scalable campaign development. Expertise in building dynamic templates, segmentation, testing, analysis, and optimization. Expertise in using Journey Builder and related components for outbound communication deployment. Experience with mobile marketing channels (push, in‑app, SMS). Experience building campaigns to conduct reliable A/B tests. Hands‑on experience with Segment, Redshift, Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud preferred. Effective time‑management skills, ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities flexibly.
