Overview Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care in our faith-based, community-focused clinic. The RN will provide patient assessments, care coordination, health education, and chronic disease management for underserved individuals and families. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, you will support primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services, advocate for health equity, and contribute to a culture of dignity, respect, and whole-person care in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Provide patient assessments and ongoing monitoring within a primary care setting. Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered services. Deliver health education and support for chronic disease management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services. Advocate for health equity and contribute to a culture of dignity, respect, and whole-person care in the clinic. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
