Quality Control Supervisor

QC Supervisor Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Compensation: $100,000- $130,000 Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Quality Control Inspectors and Coordinators across production operations. Train QC staff and plant operators on inspection procedures, audit processes, SOPs, GMP, GDP, and quality expectations. Ensure proper inspection coverage for production lines and shifts. Review production batch records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Manage hold and release processes for products, materials, and quality-related items. Communicate quality defects, trends, and concerns to facility leadership. Support customer complaint investigations by gathering and providing quality data. Oversee sample submissions to the Quality Lab and assist with OOS investigations. Ensure retain samples are properly maintained and managed. Maintain training documentation and quality records in accordance with company procedures. Support annual SOP, GMP, and GDP training across departments. Help reduce customer complaints related to defects, bottle counts, packaging, and case packing. Improve batch record accuracy, completion, and overall quality compliance. Coach and develop team members while promoting accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Follow all SOPs, GMPs, safety policies, PPE requirements, and regulatory standards. Qualifications 2+ years of quality experience in a GMP or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. Experience in nutraceuticals, supplements, food, pharma, cosmetics, or similar regulated production environment. Experience reviewing batch records and quality documentation. Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, inspections, and production quality standards. Ability to train or support QC inspectors, quality staff, and production employees. Comfortable working on the production floor in a manufacturing environment.
