Tool and Die Maker

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support our manufacturing operations producing high-quality electrical and lighting products. In this role, you will build, repair, and maintain complex tooling, dies, jigs, and fixtures to precise specifications. You will interpret blueprints, set up and operate manual and CNC machines, perform precision measurements, and troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime. Working in a safety-focused, collaborative environment, you will partner with engineering and production teams to improve tool designs, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement and reliability on the shop floor.
