Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $34.59 - $40.14 Shift: 1st (7am-3pm) OT as needed

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical systems and equipment to support safe and efficient production operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, control systems, motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, and related components.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs to ensure reliable equipment operation.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues that impact safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and electrical codes.
• Communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Work overtime and respond to equipment breakdowns as required.

We'd Love To Hear From You If:

• You have 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience or equivalent military experience.
• You have experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• You have strong knowledge of electrical systems, solid-state controls, AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, and manufacturing equipment.
• You are proficient in reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• You have working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• You have experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC platforms preferred.
• You have strong mechanical aptitude and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• You are able to safely use lifts, ladders, and maintenance tools; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems through training, apprenticeship, military service, or work experience.
