This role is focused on creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify prospective customers, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments for local owners who will conduct facility walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and close business. What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to businesses within certain targeted markets
• Identify and engage key decision-makers
• Build relationships with office managers, facility managers, property managers, and business owners
• Generate interest in 360clean's commercial cleaning services
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the local owner
• Conduct follow-up campaigns through phone, email, and CRM tools
• Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and communications
• Consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional phone presence
• Ability to remain persistent and resilient through rejection
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Organized with excellent follow-up habits
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (roughly 70% - 80% of your day)
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is preferred
