Conducts confidential investigation.Ensures organization follows regulatory requirements within the HR function.Acts as a coach for managers regarding employee relations issues including performance improvement & development plans and progressive discipline.Responds to escalated Human Resource issues including investigation of internal and external complaints.Keeps abreast of current trends, practices, and developments in the profession.
