The Radiologic Technologist II performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures across various departments, ensuring image quality and radiation safety. Key Responsibilities Include Operating and maintaining radiology equipment following safety protocols Adjusting techniques based on patient needs and consulting providers as necessary Providing instruction to students and healthcare professionals Prioritizing patient care through critical thinking and accurate documentation Adhering to safety standards, including ALARA principles, infection control, and proper patient handling Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred; must be 18+ years old Graduate of an accredited radiography program ARRT certification and Wisconsin license American Heart Association BLS certification Skills & Demands Physical ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, sharp objects, and potential hazardous environments Ability to handle occasional aggressive patients and work in environments with noise, chemicals, and biological risks This role supports a culture of compassion, innovation, and continuous learning, with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
