UX Design System Designer (AI)

Job Responsibilities:
- Own and contribute to enterprise design system components, patterns, documentation, and scalable UX standards
- Design and maintain reusable component libraries and AI-ready design workflows
- Explore and implement AI-enabled design processes to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, interaction flows, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Partner with Engineering teams to support design-to-development workflows and scalable implementation approaches
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and design validation activities
- Analyze user feedback and continuously improve user experiences and design system patterns
- Ensure responsive, adaptive, accessible, and WCAG-compliant designs across platforms
- Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives
- Influence product decisions using UX best practices, systems thinking, and user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and support collaboration within the UX team
- Manage project updates, risks, and deliverables using Agile project management tools
- Advocate for modern UX practices, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable design operations
Skills:
- Strong experience owning and managing enterprise Design Systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows within UX or product design processes
- Strong UX/UI product design expertise across desktop, mobile, and web applications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's.
