The accounting clerk will provide accounting and clerical assistance to ensure accurate and timely processing of daily transactions. Responsibilities Perform routine clerical accounting duties while adhering to established standards Serve as a resource for the controllers Reconcile cash drawers and deposit funds as needed. Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems Process deals for new, used, and wholesale transactions Process vehicle payoffs Process basic accounting entries. Requirements Follow all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
