Delta Dental of California seeks an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the development and administration of comprehensive, cost‑effective employee benefits programs. You’ll oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle from research and design to implementation, compliance and evaluation, driving value and employee satisfaction.

You will mentor a diverse team, partner with Total Rewards, and manage vendor contracts, data integrations, and open enrollment activities while aligning with business priorities and
