The responsibilities of a Business Analyst, requiring a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and continuous improvement
Business Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Coordinate team activities, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Champion Scrum methodology within the team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with demand management practices and tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Agile methodologies
