Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift Location Mansfield, WV Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) and 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) with every other weekend coverage. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, providing exceptional care to our geriatric patients in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and possess the necessary skills to support our nursing team effectively. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patient reactions. Assist with patient assessments and care planning. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a valid LPN license or compact license. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Experience in long-term care (LTC) preferred. BLS certification required; must be current. Charge experience preferred but not mandatory.
