Opportunity Overview As a Hardware Circuit design Engineer, you will be responsible for concept-through-production design of analog and mixed-signal instruments for automated test equipment.The engineer will perform a variety of complex activities covering the design of new products, investigating customer-reported problems for root cause evaluation, and implementing improvements in design, test, and/or operations. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.The candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a circuit design engineer, with experience designing digital and analog board-level circuitry.Design expertise in Op-amp based circuitry, Signal Conditioning, Filters, Stability, Compensation Networks, Control Loop.Working familiarity with High-Speed Design techniques.Expertise in switching power supply design, and related noise, crosstalk issues on multi-layer PCBs, and measurement techniques.Experience with high-power signal delivery methodsKnowledge of Thermal & Mechanical fundamentalsRelevant PCB layout experience to guide CAD personnelExperience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, ADS, Ansys)Strong communications skills. Ability to work with geographically dispersed multifunctional teams is importantDesire to take on project ownershipProven ability to inspire junior engineersSelf-StarterDesire to work as a team with a results-driven approachStrong problem-solving and reasoning skillsBSEE, MSEE or equivalent This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $141,040-$226,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
