Litigation Attorney, Part-Time AI Legal Evaluation - Remote (United States)
OpenTrain AI
• $80–$170 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of legal AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the litigation judgment you already have.
The legal AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by practicing attorneys. The teams building them need litigation professionals who can create realistic disputes and procedural questions, judge how well the AI handles legal analysis and arguments, set clear standards for sound legal work, and explain exactly where its reasoning falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of legal AI models. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you'll do
• Create realistic litigation scenarios involving simulated disputes and procedural questions
• Review AI legal analysis and persuasive arguments for accuracy, clarity and procedural fit
• Assess motion practice and case strategy in AI-generated legal work
• Give precise feedback on weaknesses and create objective criteria for grading legal AI performance
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $80–$170 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI legal tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most litigation attorneys will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping litigation, and the attorneys who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and fluent English
• Active practice in litigation, corporate law, real estate, bankruptcy or compliance; seasoned litigation experience is strongly preferred
• No experience in AI training work needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
