Intake Coordinator September 3, 2026
Located in Oregon City, OR Pay: $18 Job Full Description We are hiring a full-time office assistant. Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $18 In office work environment working with a dynamic, fun, high energy team on a mission to help as many people in the Oregon City, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Gladstone area as possible. The ideal candidate is excited to work and has a desire to help others and do their job well. We have a driven and collaborative team that likes to learn and grow within your job. Having a positive attitude and high energy is essential. Within this role you will be asked to do the following, but not limited to:- Answering phones promptly and professionally
- Providing superior service to individuals on the phone and in person
- Greeting employees and ensuring a smooth hire-to-work process
- Answering basic questions brought by employees and clients
- Posting job opportunities online
- Following up with clients, associates and internal team members as directed
- Data entry: fast paced and accuracy are critical
- Filing
- Database management
- Auditing for accuracy and completeness of files
- Assisting applicants with the interview process
- Administering testing and follow up evaluations as needed
- You will be required to work with urgency with a very high level of attention to detail
