-Note: This role is only open to those who have served in the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent role for the last 3 years or more, specifically building Groundup Multifamily Construction (apartments and/or condo builds, etc). We are a highly reputable Luxury Multi-Family developer that specializes in high-end communities and currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent for our groundup Multifamily project in the greater Dallas area. With numerous projects in the pipeline for years to come and major growth opportunities we wish to take advantage of throughout the Dallas market, we are actively looking to take on a hard-working, experienced, and reliable Assistant Superintendent to assist the team -- so if that's you, we look forward to hearing from you!

What's In It for You

What You Will Be Doing

- Assistant Super on a high-rise luxury apartment ground-up build in Dallas

- Assist in managing the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with all parties involved
- Assist with setting up job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
- Participate in the review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
- Maintain and update project records including RFIs, ASIs and as-builts.
- Assist with creating and enforcing a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
- In collaboration with the Superintendent perform daily job site walks and submit daily safety audit reports.

What You Need for this Position

- Multifamily Construction Experience
- Ground-up Experience required
- 2+ Years experience as Assistant Superintendent
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
