Respiratory Care Therapist I

$10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified external candidates who have 2+ years of experience working in a Level III or IV neonatal ICU, pediatric ICU, pediatric only inpatient acute care unit, and/or pediatric ED! Relocation assistance eligible! Provide respiratory care to all patients in the Infant ICU, Pediatric ICU, ED, Medical, Surgical, Hem/Onc and Rehab units. Required Education and Experience Associate's degree in Respiratory Care from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care. Required Credentials Registered Respiratory Therapist with the National Board of Respiratory Care. Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license. BLS for Healthcare Providers or current PALS certification (PALS certification required within 6 months of hire). Preferred Experience and Credentials One (1) year current critical care experience-adult, pediatric or neonatal. PALS, NRP, and/or Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty credential from the NBRC. Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or other health related field. Compensation Range $43.01 - $69.61 per hour Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
