Neurocare, a leader in the healthcare field, is currently seeking a dependable, enthusiastic and professional Full-Time tech to join our team and work at our lab located at the Needham/Newton Line . No experience necessary and get paid to train! This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our expanding team for a rewarding career in healthcare!
** THIS IS A DAYTIME POSITION **
About the Position:
The Device Tech serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.
Primary duties consist of:
- Educate patients on proper use of the HST device
- Upload data from device
- Prepare devices for testing
• Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record
• Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives - Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in customer service role
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
Required skills and attributes:
- Superior verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills required
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
