Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45-55 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to 10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and 5k for part‑time. Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealant and fluoride application and related procedures under dentist supervision. Provide excellent customer service and offer same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs, review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting as needed. Take x‑rays and save into patient charts as required. Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion. Qualifications Requirements: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). We value teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation.
