As Director Swine Division at Schippers USA , you will take full ownership of accelerating growth, expanding the HyCare concept nationwide, and building a strong team that shapes the future of biosecurity in U.S. livestock production. What are you going to do?

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the U.S. swine division

• Drive sales and new business development across national accounts and emerging markets
\n
• Scale national partnerships with major producers and industry groups
\n
• Drive commercial growth and HyCare adoption as a full-service solution
\n
• Lead and build a high-performing commercial and technical team
\n
• Oversee ROI-driven demos and measurable customer success programs
\n
• Translate on-farm and market insights into actionable business innovation
\n
• Represent Schippers USA in key industry networks, events, and forums
\n
• Travel: approx. 30–50% nationwide depending on growth stage.

What we are looking for?

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Animal Science, Ag Business, Veterinary, or related)
\n
• 5+ years in the swine industry, from production to commercial strategy.
\n
• Leadership experience (or potential) in areas such as sales, operations, or business development.
\n
• Proven track record in key account management and business development.
\n
• Strong communicator with technical, commercial, and strategic insight.
\n
• A team builder with a vision for long-term customer partnerships.
\n
• Passion for biosecurity, innovation, and customer-centric growth.
\n

• Base Salary Range: $120,000–$170,000 annually (depending on experience)supplemented with robust benefits.

Benefits Package

• Contract Type: At-will employment with 30-day notice period

• Work Hours: 40 hours per week
\n
• Equity Participation: Eligible after one year of employment (details to be formalized)

• Paid Time Off: 15 days per year (vacation, sick & personal; prorated for partial years)
