Store Clinton Crossing Responsibilities Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential Provide in-the-moment coaching and training for efficient floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management, and execution of standards Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures Execute action plans to optimize results Execute all aspects of daily store operations Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience Oversee and authorize the checkout experience Assist with merchandise flow, including shipment, replenishment, and omni‑channel operations Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members Build an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in‑store customer experiences Effectively resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome Lead and model the customer‑experience model Display expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, and loyalty programs Provide leadership and assistance with product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, and signage placement Other essential functions may be assigned by the supervisor Required Experience & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of retail experience Proficiency with technology such as iPad and registers Availability for nights, weekends, and non‑business hours Ability to meet physical requirements of the role Critical Skills & Attributes Previous retail experience preferred Effective communication with customers, peers, and supervisors Demonstrated sales accountability Collaborative teamwork skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers or processes simultaneously Benefits and Compensation Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with company match Merchandise discount Paid time off Parental leave for new moms and dads Part‑time associates may receive insurance coverage through LIG Solutions and are eligible for paid sick leave, public health emergency leave, and the 401(k) program Part‑time associates may also receive an Express merchandise discount and participate in the Learn & Earn incentive program Pay Range $18.00 – $24.70 per hour Legal and Equal‑Opportunity Statement Applicants must be currently authorized to work full‑time in the United States.
