Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their expertise and experience to manage a diverse range of emergency situations.

Schedule

Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting
• Perform triage and assess patient conditions upon arrival
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting
• At least 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma center
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) License
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• PALS certification preferred
