Work Location: Mullica Hill, New Jersey, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay: $25.75 - $38.50 USD Job Summary The Premier Banker is an experienced banker who serves as the primary contact for a complex client portfolio of mass affluent clients. Through proactive outreach, the role manages a complete banking relationship and connects clients to specialists to ensure all financial needs are met. Responsibilities Grow, deepen, and retain strong relationships with a mass affluent book of business by proactively managing and addressing banking needs with an advice‑based approach. Demonstrate proficiency and in‑depth knowledge of banking and credit products, offering clear solutions to clients. Acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with new mass affluent clients by converting referrals, leads, and outbound prospecting. Engage in client outreach via phone, email, appointments, and conduct needs‑based conversations. Review and analyze financial information, suggest appropriate solutions, and coordinate introductions to internal partners. Deliver excellent client service, review moderate‑complex client concerns, and appropriately elevate banking related issues or risks. Adhere to all relevant Retail/Wealth policies, procedures, FINRA, and regulatory banking requirements. Engage in conversations with clients about loan products, facilitate application intake, and maintain active NMLS registration. Implement TD’s CIP, client due diligence, and enhanced due diligence requirements. Partner with Wealth Advisors for joint pipeline reviews and referrals. Provide coaching and feedback to bank staff on program value and referral strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of financial or banking experience. Successful completion of Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred. Life & Health license preferred. Experience with retail and small business banking, and with mass affluent or high‑net‑worth clients. Active NMLS registration required upon hire. Consultative sales experience with a client‑focused mindset. Accountabilities Deliver the TD Premier program to eligible clients. Establish and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and consistent product knowledge. Use client‑relationship tools to identify solutions and provide proactive advice.
