They will serve as the lead regional representative and the primary liaison for pipeline imbalance resolution. Customer focus, leadership and the ability to tackle sophisticated issues are keys to success!Responsibilities/Expectations:Troubleshoots customer issues as they arise; Serves as the first point of contact with customers for scheduling related issuesSupervises gas volumes and evaluates and reduces pipeline imbalances for shippers and operators; Communicates with Pipeline Control on confirmation and imbalance management as neededTracks and evaluates pipeline maintenance schedules and communicates proactively with customers to ensure they are well advisedManages and maintains relationships with pipeline and scheduling representatives to ensure operational integrityOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High School Diploma /GED and minimum ten (10) years' experience in marketing or commercialPreferred: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldShift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:Able to work after hours as the need arisesOther Requirements:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel, and PC skillsUnderstanding of accounting principles and procedures for gas accountingStrong problem solving skills and analytical approachKnowledge and understanding of scheduling Eastern Interstates pipelines#LI-CT1We invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
