Field Services Engineering Sr Technician I

Senior Field Services Engineering Technician position supporting ROSA Surgical Devices installation, maintenance, and repair across an assigned region. Provides technical troubleshooting, mentors junior staff, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout device lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Install new ROSA systems, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair installed units
Provide on-site technical support for product demonstrations and customer education initiatives
Assess technical issues under pressure and escalate appropriately or implement solutions
Mentor and support Field Service Engineers and new staff during training periods
Travel up to 80 percent regionally and attend product trade shows and annual training

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or relevant Science discipline
4-7 years field support, engineering, or customer-facing medical device experience
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train others
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency across all ROSA robotic surgical platforms

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 base with yearly bonus
