Senior Business Analyst - Automation Operations Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and databases.
• Maintain records of automation benefits and performance metrics.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Assist with ad hoc data analysis, reporting requests, and administrative activities.
• Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience handling data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• 5+ years of experience creating presentations and reports.
• 5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and validating data.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce
• Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Knowledge of Salesforce platforms and functionality.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Automation solutions.
• Strong content creation and presentation design experience.
