Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous machining experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of machining practices, tolerances, and shop mathematics.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
