LADS programs include Global Patriot, Ghost-Eye / Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense, National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile, Stinger, Next Generation Short-Range Interceptor, TOW, Javelin, Excalibur, and counter unmanned aerial systems.LocationsSoftware Quality collaborates with Engineering (Software, Systems, Integration/Test, Safety) and other Quality functions (Program Quality Leads, Hardware Quality).Activities occur ONSITE every week and every day (Monday through Friday).Majority of activities occur daily at primary Tewksbury MA site (50 Apple Hill Drive).Test Witnessing occurs monthly at nearby Andover MA site (362 Lowell Street).Test Witnessing may occur annually at Pelham NH site (50 Bush Hill Road).Collaborative visits periodically occur to Marlborough MA (1001 Boston Post Rd).What You Will Do - Role SummaryWithin Quality & Mission Assurance, the Software Quality Engineering department performs classified activities in secure labs and unclassified activities in dedicated workspaces.SWQE Tasks – Review of Document Deliverables (CDRL), Command Media (Policies), SW Release Packages (Windchill PDM, Azure DevOps), SW Requirements Changes, SW/System Defects, SW Pulls (Code Reviews), Media, and Test Artifacts. Participation in Peer Reviews (SW, SE), Control Boards (CCB, SRB), Tracking Books (Metrics), Test Witnessing (SQT, FQT), and Audits.What You Will Learn - Focus AreasCompliance – Ensure digital products adhere to contractual requirements. Review and approve inputs/outputs to/from partner organizations.Products – Ensure integrity of the technical data package. Identify, collect, and measure software quality attributes, metrics, and data.Improvement – Perform independent evaluations and risk assessments across lifecycle. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.Processes – Leverage modern experiences with software development and quality best practices. Increasingly adopt Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.Teamwork – Interact with customers, product development, and test personnel. Provide guidance to senior leadership, team members, and group peers.Qualifications - You Must HaveAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security Clearance.
