This initiative will focus on strengthening the foundational skills of K-5 students. Tutoring activities will be conducted under the supervision of a classroom teacher and/or tutor lead. Reports to: School Principal Salary/Non‑Exempt:

• 25 per hour certified retired teacher
• 20 per hour certified
• 15 per hour non-certified
