About the Role We are seeking a Operator 2, Mixer to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Mixer, you will be accountable for preparing and mixing dough batches according to established recipes while maintaining product quality, food safety, and production efficiency to support continuous bakery operations. Shift & Schedule Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00AM 2:30PM Weekend Availability: Required Compensation Hourly Rate: $21.00 $22.25 Core Accountabilities (What Youll Be Doing) Prepare and mix dough batches according to recipes, specifications, and production schedules Monitor and control mixing times, temperatures, and ingredient sequencing to ensure quality standards are met Support production flow by ensuring timely dough availability aligned with line capacity Verify ingredient accuracy, lot numbers, weights, and proper handling procedures Accurately document batch records and enter production data into SAP systems Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized mixing, ingredient, and storage areas Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety requirements Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift and handle 50 lb. flour bags as required Ability to accurately follow recipes, pick lists, and standard operating procedures Ability to complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality Ability to work safely in a fast?paced manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Experience in food manufacturing or bakery mixing operations Familiarity with SAP or similar production systems Strong problem?solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively within a production team Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
