Advancement opportunities are available.Responsibilities A The Spice & Tea Exchange® Employee may be expected to:Know The Spice & Tea Exchange brandMaintain solid, accurate, and current product knowledge for all categories by completing product knowledge training and reading applicable publications as directedWarmly welcome customers into our store, provide a brief store tour and invite them to explore the flavors by lifting lids and smelling the jarsStay engaged with customers throughout their time in the store, answering product questions and making suggestions for useExplain promotions and the benefits our loyalty programEfficiently use POS system to complete sales, process gift cards, returns, exchanges and phone ordersReplenish shelves and displays as needed and note low stock levels as per standard operating procedureStrictly adhere to all Food Safety rules and regulationsPackage product for display as needed and directed by store managerGo above and beyond because it makes you feel good?Enjoy working as a team?Feel a sense of accomplishment when you reach a goal?Know your alphabet and a lover of all things organized?Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hourWe create and share the experience every day!
