Facility Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production‑driven, safety‑conscious team in Bartow, FL . This position oversees Shipping and Receiving operations, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound documentation, payroll, quality improvement initiatives, and resolving off‑spec issues.
