If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do, this could be the opportunity for you.This role is a great fit for someone with forklift experience who wants stability and steady hours.What You’ll Do• Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets and finished products throughout the yard• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently• Inspect finished concrete products for quality, consistency, and packaging• Examine and sort returned pallets for reuse• Package finished products with top sheets, labels, and protective materials• Build sample pallets and displays for customers or vendors• Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout practicesQualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: • 1+ year of sit-down forklift experience (required) • Ability to work safely in an outdoor industrial environment • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset • Comfortable with physical work and attention to detailEducation and Experience:High School Diploma, or GED equivalent (highly preferred)Manufacturing, warehouse, or yard experience preferredAdditional InformationWhy Join Techo-Bloc?We invest in our people — because they’re the best part of our company.
