GEODIS in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Independent Contractor Sourcing Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and document verification for CDL and non-CDL independent drivers. You will build a 1099 candidate pipeline to support staffing plans and partner with operations across the business. The role requires screening resumes, phone interviews, and ensuring complete applications while coordinating with hiring managers.
