Job Type: Full-Time Daylight Shift

Orchard Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on a Per Diem bases for our daylight shift 7am-7pm or Evening shift 7pm-7am . If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care while supporting and mentoring nursing staff, we'd love to have you join our team.

As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing department during the day shift, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, collaborative work environment. You will serve as a leader and resource for the nursing team while promoting excellence in patient outcomes.

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the day shift

• Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient workflow

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures

• Assess residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up and documentation

• Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth

• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality care and resident satisfaction

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
