About the job Behavioral Health Specialist We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients dealing with mental health challenges, addiction, and behavioral crises. Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Offer therapy tailored to adults and children with diverse needs. Deliver crisis intervention and connect patients to community resources. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress. Qualifications Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Active LPC or LMSW licensure. 3+ years of experience working with the population served.
