DATA ENTRY CLERK

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Enter information accurately into company databases and inventory systems.
• Review source documents and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and correct errors while maintaining accurate records.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other computer software to track and update information.
• Read paperwork and clearly record information in documents and software applications.
• Meet established daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Lift and move file boxes, paperwork, carts, and pallets as needed.
• Operate or train to operate a forklift, electric pallet jack, and stock selector.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous data entry, records management, inventory, or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform both computer-based and light warehouse duties.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, and lift boxes.
• Willingness to train on warehouse equipment.
• Must successfully complete a 10-year background check and drug screening.
