Remote Customer Service Representative

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls regarding promotions, troubleshoot registration issues, and resolve billing inquiries while working from home. Key responsibilities Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting Ability to manage up to 40 incoming calls per day while seated for extended periods Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a strong work ethic and effective time management Must pass a background screening and reside in an eligible state (Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas)
