You are equally comfortable thinking conceptually and designing at the highest level of fidelity. You know how to take an established brand and design system and evolve it into fresh, engaging experiences across web, product, and interactive touchpoints. You understand that great digital design is about creating experiences that feel intuitive, dynamic, and unmistakably on-brand. Working as part of a dedicated team supporting a category-leading AI brand, you'll help evolve and extend a world-class design system across a wide range of digital experiences seen by millions of people around the globe. Responsibilities You create exceptional digital design: You design beautiful, thoughtful digital experiences with a strong focus on visual design and UI craft. You understand how typography, color, layout, motion, and interaction work together to create compelling experiences that feel both distinctive and intuitive. You think conceptually and execute with precision: You contribute to creative concepts and help translate strategic thinking into digital experiences. You can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and meticulous execution, delivering work that is both imaginative and highly resolved. You evolve and extend design systems: You know how to work within established brand and design systems while finding opportunities to push them forward. You can translate existing visual languages into new web pages, campaigns, and experiences that feel fresh and dynamic while maintaining consistency. You craft work at the highest level of quality: You produce polished, presentation-ready designs that are suitable for client review and development handoff. You care deeply about the details and take pride in delivering work that is pixel-perfect and thoughtfully considered. You bring systems thinking to digital design: You are fluent in Figma and comfortable working with complex component libraries and design systems. You think beyond individual screens, designing scalable solutions that can grow and evolve across multiple touchpoints. You contribute to storytelling and presentations: You help shape compelling creative narratives and communicate design decisions clearly. You're comfortable presenting your work, discussing your thinking, and incorporating feedback from clients and colleagues. You embrace emerging technology: You are curious about new creative tools and technologies, including AI. You understand how generative tools can support creative exploration and accelerate workflows while maintaining a high standard of craft and originality. You elevate the team around you: You collaborate closely with fellow designers, creative leads, and adjacent creative partners—sharing ideas, offering feedback, and helping raise the overall quality of the work. What We're Looking For Significant experience designing digital products, websites, and interactive experiences Exceptional visual design and UI skills Strong conceptual thinking combined with outstanding executional craft Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and digital design systems Expertise in Figma and component-based design workflows Experience translating established brand systems into engaging digital experiences Ability to create highly polished work suitable for both client presentation and development handoff Strong understanding of responsive design and modern digital experiences Motion storyboarding experience and understanding of interaction design principles Prototyping skills are a plus Experience using AI tools, including prompting for generative image and video creation, is a plus Our Responsibilities We will ensure you have meaningful and regular access to your manager to support your personal development and career trajectory.
