What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to LTAC patients with complex needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Document patient progress accurately within Epic electronic medical records
• Assist with patient assessments including wound care, drains, Foley, and narcotic administration
• Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:5/6 in a fast-paced setting
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety guidelines, including participation in emergency response if required

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• At least 1 year of relevant patient care experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:5/6

• Experience in LTAC or long-term acute care settings
• Flexibility to participate in emergency and relief teams
